JOB QUALIFICATIONS


 


  1. At least a college graduate of any 4-year course
  2. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience handling Employee Relations
  3. Experience and exposure to other facets of HR especially Compensation and Benefits or Data Analytics and Reporting for HR
  4. Analytical, creative, with leadership capabilities and can influence people effectively
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to speak Kampampangan is an advantage.
  6. Computer literate not just in Microsoft Office but Google Suites as well OR is a fast learner
  7. Amenable to work on shifting schedules including graveyard shift.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 


  1. Handle Disciplinary Cases and ensure timely serving of NTE's and NOD's to employees on assigned shifts. Conducts investigations and admin hearings as needed.
  2. Responsible for timekeeping review for non-confidential payroll before submission to accounting for payroll processing.
  3. Ensures the proper scheduling, organization and participation of employees to any Focus Group Discussion, Training, Policy Rollout etc in coordination with Workforce Team & Operations
  4. Suggest any other HR initiated activities that will increase employee engagement and tenure.
  5. Answers basic employee queries regarding Compensation and Benefits as well as Company Policies 
  6. Contributes to any reports that need to be created such as Attrition Report, Leave Usage Report, Monthly HR Report etc
  7. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
